10K with H1N1, Will Israel Relent? and Joe B. Does It Again and More for Tuesday, May 19, 2009

We at The Handbook are once again becoming concerned about several issues that don't seem to go away: H1N1 (otherwise referred to as the Swine Flu), Pakistan, Israel-Palestine and the (mainly California) budget crisis. (The popular news links follow).
Will President Obama enforce a strict military presence in the Israel-Palestine "state" as part of his Pax Obama? Will the Netanyahu government be forced to capitulate to the wishes of the Obama Administration? We don't think they will. We think the current Netanyahu government is too hard-headed and will not give in - they will only see it as capitulation to the eventual nuclear dominance of the Semite nation(s) by Iran and other Arabic (also Semitic) countries. Had not the current government been so hard-headed, they might have rightfully given over to the rule by Tzipi Livni (who actually held one more vote than that of Netanyahu in the last election...). Then, perhaps, we think it might have been possible to start at least some sort of renewed peace initiative...
Plus, loveable old Joe Biden provides some more 'comic relief' in a world that seems to be spinning wildly out of control - with the Obamas and Madame Pelosi seemingly standing in the eye of this storm. Reductio ad Obamum.
